Faith grows deeper as students in grades 6–8 explore what it means to follow Jesus in their everyday lives. Sabbath School lessons invite real conversations about Scripture, life choices, and big questions, creating space for students to wrestle with faith in a safe, supportive environment.

Through worship, Bible study, and service opportunities, Junior High youth begin discovering their spiritual gifts and learning how to use them for God’s glory. They also engage in fun, hands-on activities and community-building experiences that strengthen friendships and deepen their connection to Christ and His church.

At College View Church, our heart for Junior High is to prepare young people to live out their faith boldly—at school, at home, and in the world—while equipping them to step into leadership in the body of Christ.

While we await the launch of our new curriculum, Junior High will journey through Deep Calling in a 4-week series that invites them to dive deeper into God’s presence. Together we’ll explore how to listen for His voice, strengthen our faith, and discover the purpose He’s calling us to live out every day.

Our Junior High group will be using the Growing Together curriculum beginning in October! This dynamic resource is designed to help young people explore the Bible in meaningful ways, ask real-life questions, and discover how God’s Word speaks into their daily lives.

It is such a privilege to walk alongside our students as they grow in faith, character, and community. With Growing Together, we look forward to engaging lessons, deeper conversations, and opportunities for our students to see how their relationship with Jesus can impact every part of life. We can’t wait to dive in and grow—together! The scope and sequence provided below outlines what we will cover in Q4.
