We are so excited to share that KidCheck is up and running at College View Church! We’ve made some important updates to make the process smoother and easier for families.
Parents do not need to check in or pick up on Sabbaths. Attendance is taken by volunteers in each classroom using KidCheck rosters.
Special events and midweek activities will still use the full check-in/check-out process through KidCheck.
At CVC, we are blessed with a thriving children’s ministry! From Sabbath School to VBS and everything in between, our heart is to create safe and welcoming spaces where kids can worship God, grow in faith, and experience His love. Choosing KidCheck helps us do just that—providing a secure, convenient check-in system while partnering with you to keep every child safe.
Getting Started
1. Create your free KidCheck account at go.kidcheck.com or by downloading the KidCheck Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Select “Create Your KidCheck Account.”
3. Connect with our organization: College View SDA Church.
4. Add a profile for each child.
Sabbath Mornings:
- Volunteers will check kids in by roster.
- Parents won’t need to drop off or pick up at Sabbath School; however, if you’ve opted in to text notifications, you’ll receive a message when your child is checked in and when they are checked out
- Just bring or send your child to class—simple and stress-free!
Special Events & Midweek Activities:
For these gatherings, we’ll use kiosks or Express Check-In through the KidCheck app.
- Start check-in from your phone before you arrive.
- Pick up name tags and guardian receipts at the kiosk printer when you get here.
- At pick-up, volunteers will use visual check-out procedures, which may include matching your child’s badge with your guardian receipt.

4. Select the organization, campus and template(s) where you’ll be checking into.
5. Choose the children on your KidCheck account to check-in, along with their appropriate location/class. Complete any additional items such as volunteer check-in, pick-up guardian, or check-in notes.
6. When you arrive at the facility, you will be prompted via notification on your mobile device to complete the check-in by tapping the green “submit” button.* (Note: the “submit” button will be gray and unavailable until this time).
7. Go to the printer noted on your mobile device to pick up your child name labels and guardian receipts.
