Meet Pastor Cecilia Liversidge

Pastor for Women & Family Ministries

Hi! I’m Cecilia Liversidge, and I serve as the Pastor for Women and Family Ministries here at College View Church. I’m passionate about equipping and empowering families to be intentional in their parenting and to steward well the precious time they have with their children.

One of the greatest joys in my ministry is coming alongside women of all ages, sharing life, stories, a warm drink, and the little nuggets of wisdom I’ve gathered along the way. But more than anything, I’m continually blessed by the opportunity to learn from this incredible community of believers — growing together in faith, grace, and love.
I’m so glad you’re here, and I look forward to journeying with you.

For questions regarding any ministry on this page, please don't hesitate to reach me at 310.699.3521.

Women's Ministries

A Place to Connect, Grow, & Belong

At College View Church, we are grateful to have a vibrant and robust Women’s Ministry that welcomes women of all ages and stages of life. Our goal is to create spaces where women can connect with one another, grow spiritually, and find meaningful community.

One of our cornerstone ministries is Women of Spirit—a gathering for women of all ages whose mission is to “have a party with a purpose.” We meet four times a year (October, December, February, and April) on Monday evenings to enjoy dinner, fellowship, and inspiring messages together. This free event includes childcare, making it easy for moms and caregivers to attend.

Another treasured part of our ministry is Mom’s Café, designed specifically for mothers of young children. Meeting on the 1st and 3rd Thursday mornings from 9:30–11:30 (September through April), Mom’s Café offers a warm breakfast, time in the Word, meaningful discussion, crafts, and the joy of community. Childcare is provided nearby, so moms can engage fully while their children are lovingly cared for.

In addition to these structured gatherings, we also host monthly informal social events at local venues—perfect opportunities to organically connect with other women and build lasting friendships.

For those who love digging into Scripture, we offer a Women’s Bible Study on Wednesdays during lunchtime, providing a midweek moment of reflection, growth, and encouragement.
No matter where you are in your faith journey, there’s a place for you here.

Come as you are. Grow with us. Let’s walk this journey together.

Mom's Cafe

A mother's ministry is a sacred calling that embodies love, compassion, and nurturing. We embrace and uplift the mothers in our communities, acknowledging the invaluable role they play in shaping hearts, minds, & souls. • Options for further social outings and field trips
  • Informal classes for Kindergarten-4th grade aged children
  • Parenting classes
